We’re looking for a founding product engineer to join us.
About us
- We’re currently a team of two. Kasra was employee #4 at Airtable, where he worked as a product engineer and product lead, and #1 at Watershed, where he led the product engineering team. Raghav built the Presto scheduler at Meta, and led the AI team at Airtable.
- We work in-person in San Francisco. We’re currently onboarding close friends and family for feedback. We’re funded by AI Grant and others.
- We value: making decisions and iterating quickly; building strong relationships with each other to foster trust, openness, and empathy; working hard while also making space for play and rest; sweating the details to make a product we love.
About you
- You’ve built products people love.
- You’re energized by the open questions and whitespace that exists in the early days of building a product and company.
- You’re rarely blocked: you learn new skills on the fly to get the job done.
- You enjoy working on things end-to-end. You are a prolific engineer, but chafe when put into a box where you’re only allowed to write code.
- Bonus: you’re interested in how the mind and body work.
This is a foundational role. In additional to salary, we’re excited to offer very generous equity in recognition of the impact this person will have on the trajectory of the company.
